- Checkout: Your payment will be held until your logo is uploaded.
- Upload Your Logo/Text: You’ll receive an email with a link to submit your logo and text. Just submit them within 36 hours to keep your order on track.
- Review Your FREE Proof: Our Design Genius Team will send you a mockup for your approval.
For the best results, we recommend using vector files, like .svg, .ai, and .eps. We also accept other popular file types, including: .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .png, .heic, .tiff, .tif, .ppt, .pptx, .doc, .docx, .pdf, and psd.
We’ll send you an email with a link to submit your logo and text. Just follow the steps, and our Design Genius Team will take care of the rest.
After checkout, the charge to your card will be approved and held until the design process is complete. Once your design is finalized for all products, the charge will go through.
If you do not submit your logo and/or text after 72 hours, we will have to cancel your order.
A $40 logo fee is automatically included in the initial charge for all products that are designed after checkout. If you did not upload a logo as part of your design, call us at 1-800-347-7367 to initiate a refund of the logo fee.
